Since the start of 2021 I have responded to more than 2,300 emails from constituents.
These will mostly be questions about things like Labour party policy, about national politics, the government or campaigns for change.

I also receive a lot of emails from people requesting help with day to day problems in Blaenau Gwent. This could be  help with housing, with council services, with the job centre, HMRC, police or any number of things.

With the help of my small team I have resolved 759 of these sorts of issues for local people this year – that’s around three every day.
Any cases still open will be because we are awaiting a response from the relevant organisations before moving forward.
